General Pueyrredon will have 350 representatives in the Buenos Aires Final

The General Pueyrredon delegation is represented in 18 disciplines for the Final of the Buenos Aires Games, to be held from November 5 to 9 in Mar del Plata. They will be in total 350 athletes that will compete in the highest event of social sport at the provincial level.

In this sense, swimming, golf, judo, taekwondo, figure skating, skateboarding, tennis, paddle tennis, 3×3 basketball, beach volley, soccer-tennis, chess, athletics, hockey, women’s football 11, 5×5 basketball, volleyball and handball are sports. with local names for the finals.

In detail, Tamara Pons (100 mts. Butterfly), Vanina Silva (100 mts. Back), Iara Caldez (100 mts. Chest) and Pedro Garzo (50 mts. Free) will compete, all in the university category, and Mateo Escobar in sub 16 , in the 50 free swimming meters. In addition, six golf athletes: Nicolás Patti in sub 13; Tomás Berchot and Sara Rampoldi in sub 15; Sofía Ayera, Umma Deprez Gruntzig and Thiago Araujo in sub 18. In table tennis, Tomás Paic Pérez (sub 16) and Camila Pérez (sub 18) will play the last instance of the Buenos Aires Games.

In turn, the martial arts will have four athletes. In judo category sub 15, Joaquín De Andrés will participate up to orange belt and Dante Saglia until brown belt, while in sub 18 Jorgelina Macchiavello will participate up to brown belt. For his part, in taekwondo Facundo Quinteros will compete in free sub 14. In disciplines on wheels, the artistic skate will be two athletes under 13, Milena Bonelli (not federated B) and Enzo Cortez (not federated A). In skate, Jano Yosha Oh will compete in sub 14.

On the other hand, tennis will have ten athletes, in sub 14 they will be: Lucas Piquin and Lucía Sánchez in single and the duo Micaela Rocco Fulco / Camila Navarro. In sub 16, Gonzalo Figueroa in single and Camila Piquin / Ambar Rondanina in doubles. Matías Fritsch and Melina Ursini will compete in the sub 18, while in the university category, classified Inés Villeneuve. The padel pairs that will compete in the Provincial Final will be: in sub 14 Sofía Torrente / Lola Casal and Fabrizio Latorre / Agustín Silva; at university Evangelina Pereyra / Roberta Rendo and Matías Mazzorella / Tomás Alaimo. Quilmes with the categories sub 14 and sub 16, male and female respectively, will be present in the 3×3 Provincial Basketball Final. For his part, Peñarol will do it with under 18 men and women and boys under 16.

In beach volleyball, the General Pueyrredon delegation will have three pairs. Vicente Basavilbaso / Bautista Lastres (under 16), Luana Mena / Ana Ramírez (under 18) and Guadalupe Gamarra / Lucía Alaniz (university student). Soccer-Tennis will have two pairs: in sub 15 Bruce Dean Jiménez / Francisco Domínguez and in sub 18 Candela Canteros / Jade Corchen. In chess there will be four local representatives: Milton Garrido and Valentina Oyola in sub 14, Lautaro Cateneuve sub 18 and Franco Quesada university.

Thus, the women’s under 14 hockey teams, under 18 women’s soccer 11, under 15 women’s basketball, under 13 and under 17 men’s basketball, under 13, under 15 and under 17 women’s volleyball were able to qualify for the Final; men’s volleyball under 13 and under 17; Men’s handball sub 14, sub 16 and sub 18 and in ladies handball the sub 18 classified.
