The Commission of Referees of the Football Association of the Czech Republic limited the main judge Pavel Julínek and Karel Hrubeš to four matches and transferred them to the second league. They were penalized for mistakes in Sunday’s matches of the 12th round of the first league Sparta – Mladá Boleslav (1: 0) and Pilsen – Jablonec (5: 0). Hrubeš also complains about incorrect statements in previous duels of the highest competition.

In the 75th minute, Julínek gave Letná only a yellow card to Spartan Bořek Dočkal for stepping on the leg of Michal Hlavatý even after the intervention of video referee Pavel Fraňek, while according to the commission he had to exclude the home captain for a raw game.

“The fouling player endangered the health of the opponent with his intervention,” said the chairman of the referee committee Radek Příhoda in a commentary on the video.

On the other hand, the yellow card for Mladá Boleslav’s Marek Matějovský for a foul on Ondřej Čelůstka in the 42nd minute was awarded correctly, even though it was a ruthless game of the visiting captain. “The player first hit the ball and then the opponent,” said Příhoda.

Hrubeš ordered a penalty in Pilsen after Jablonec’s Malínský pulled Havel’s shoulder in the 16th minute in the 16th minute. After the intervention of the video referee Jiří Adam and the subsequent personal check at the monitor, Hrubeš canceled the penalty kick and the original yellow card for Malínský.

“At first, the referee correctly ordered a penalty kick for the home team, but he had to give a red card instead of a yellow card, because it was a frustration of the obvious goal.

Judge Jan Machálek, on the other hand, according to the commission, correctly ordered a penalty for Slavia in Sunday’s match in České Budějovice (2: 2) for the home team Lukáš Havel defeating Jan Kuchta in the 50th minute. A few seconds earlier, the ball bounced off the hand of Slavist Petr Ševčík.

“The referee did not whistle the offense correctly, because the hand was shot by the opponent in a natural position due to body movement,” explained Příhoda, who agreed with the exclusion of Lukáš Skovajsa from České Budějovice in the 77th minute for kicking Ondřej Lingr in the head.
