Copal and Ofrenda, Panama launches tennis for Day of the Dead – El Financiero

“What for many is a disguise, for us are our traditions.” With this message, and a Catrina who models tennis, the Panam brand announces its Day of the Dead Special Edition, in which skulls stand out, as well as the vibrant colors of the marigold flowers and the papel picado.

Last year the brand also produced an edition for this season, called Skull, black, orange, yellow with sugar skulls.

On this occasion it presents two new designs of the classic 084: Copal and Offering.

The first has stamped illustrations of skulls such as sugar skulls, accompanied by intense yellow lines inspired by the color of the marigold flower; while the second is more colorful, it has purple, pink and blue skulls, with common tones in the papel picado and images of other elements of the offering, such as candles and more flowers.

The brand highlights that both are 100% national production and only 10,000 pairs will be for sale.

To promote this edition they collaborated with the alternative rock band Those from Below and the DJ Liiz Rodríguez.
