The journey of the Kosovar boxers to the World Cup in Belgrade ends at the Serbian border post. The world association reacts cautiously. No wonder when you know who is in charge there and who finances AIBA.

Dhe unpleasant thing about amateur boxing is known to be that you already know how it will end. At this point you are called: for example the point and referees of the AIBA in the various postponed fights over the years. And suddenly everything is completely different at the International Federation? Bad joke. Of course not.

Even when the Kosovar pugilists tried to travel to the World Cup, which is currently taking place in Belgrade, one could guess how the matter would end. Or: where. On the border with Serbia, of course. From AIBA comes hypocritical regret, of course, after all, the association is led by the Russian night wolf Umar Kremlev, who is helping a Russian state-owned company as a major sponsor of the financing. No, not the Kremlin bikers who worship Stalin, but Gazprom.

Both the Serbian World Cup hosts and the Russian financiers are not only unable to find independent Kosovo on the map to this day, but want to remove it again as soon as possible. So who could have guessed that the Kosovar boxer’s journey would end at the Serbian border post? Everything is the same at AIBA.
