The 1st edition of the Ecoparc Catalan Multisport RAID organized by Perpignan-Méditerranée Métropole (PMM) in collaboration with Côte 66, EDF-ENR and the four partner municipalities Baixas, Calce, Pézilla-la-Rivière and Villeneuve-la- Rivière, will take place this Sunday, October 17, 2021, from the Espace Catalogne.
On the program mountain biking, orienteering, biathlon shooting and archery!
Orientation races in the villages, archery and biathlon events will be free and accompanied by a program of parallel activities in each of the four municipalities concerned.
So in Baixas, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., a corner “Play and relaxation area” composed of two bouncy castles proposed by the Municipality and dedicated to children and their families will welcome you free of charge. Cotton candy and churros will be the only ones available over the counter.
Baixas race center will welcome all runners who have registered beforehand from 7 am. The start of the 1st race will take place at 9 am, from the Espace Catalogne. The Archery activity which will be held from 10 am to 5 pm Chateau les Pins theater court, 1 boulevard de la République will be open to all. Many of you are expected!
Provisional podiums: three routes for three podiums with award ceremony: 12h Patufet; 14H Axurit; 3 p.m. Trabucayres.
All the actors and organizers of this sporting event hope many of you will come and support the participants of this raid.
