Archery, Italian Targa Italian Championships, Matteo Santi wins a silver in the individual and 2 silver and a bronze in the team competitions – Terni in Rete

Brilliant results for the Terni archer Matteo Santi, thanks to the Montalcino archers, at the Italian championships which took place from 8 to 10 October in the Gritti stadium in Verdello (BG).

Matteo won the silver medal in the Targa specialty (Olympic discipline) senior category, totaling 662 points (his personal best). Gold went to Alessandro Paoli (Arcieri Iuvenilia) with 672 points. Bronze for Davide Pasqualucci (Aeronautica Militare) with 659 points.

The Terni archer then obtained another 3 medals, in team competitions: silver in the mixed team, paired with Vanessa Landi, for the Montalcino Archers, gold went to the pair formed by Tatiana Andreoli and Alessandro Paoli (Arcieri Iuvenilia) .

Silver also in the absolute team. The archers of Montalcino (Santi, Fabrizzi and Pagliantini) surrendered only to the archers of Iuvenilia (Paoli, Morelli and Melotto.

Finally bronze medal with the Montalcino seniores team (Santi, Pagliantini, Cini) behind the usual Iuvenilia Archers (Paoli, Melotto, Morello) who won the gold and the Team Malin Archery (Fissore, Scarpa, Palazzi) who conquered the ‘silver.
