Angry Opponent Coach at Starter Egy Debut with FK Senica

MFK Ruzomberok coach, Peter Struhar, angry when his team beat FK Senica in debut match A Maulana Vikri became a starter in the Slovak League Fortuna Liga at OMS Arena, Saturday (23/10).

Egy’s debut as a starter for FK Senica in the Slovak League was marred by a loss to Ruzomberok. Goals from Jan Maslo in the ninth minute and Matej Madlenak in the 82nd minute ensured FK Senica’s defeat in this match.

In this match, FK Senica, who acted as the host, had to lose one player, David Gac, in the seventh minute due to a red card.

Even though he won, Struhar admitted that he was angry with the Ruzomberok players for throwing away golden opportunities several times to score goals. Moreover, FK Senica only appeared with ten players since the seventh minute after David Gac got a red card.

“We are very happy to get the three points, we started the game really well, especially in making the transition from defense to attack,” said Struhar. Sports News.

“We wanted to do as much possession as possible in the second half. I was a little angry with the players for not being able to finish the chances, but I’m still happy with the three points,” said Struhar.

The FK Senica vs Ruzomberok duel marked Egy Maulana’s debut as a starter in the Slovak League. Egy played for 75 minutes before being replaced by Jakub Buchel in the 75th minute.

Meanwhile, the coach of FK Senica, Pavel Sustr, said he was happy with his team’s performance despite losing to Ruzomberok.

“In the second half my players fought hard, even though we were short of players. There was a golden opportunity that we couldn’t take, so in the end they scored the second goal and we lost. But the players struggled throughout the game,” said Sustr.
