Alexander Zverev, fourth classified for the Turn Masters Cup

Lregularly this season has earned Alexander Zverev to qualify for the fifth time in a row for the Masters Cup, which will be held for the first time in Turn (November 14-21).

Zverev, champion of the contest in the 2018 edition, has joined a poster in which they were already Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev y Syefanos Tsitsipas.

The first three, unlike Zverev, have played ‘Grand Slam’ finals this season. However, the 24-year-old Teuton has added four more winches to his palmars: Acapulco, the Masters 1,000 in Madrid and Cincinnati and the Olympic gold in Tokyo. This last test does not give points.

Zverev debut with victory in Indian Wells after defeating the local last morning Jenson Brooksby by 6-4, 3-6 and 6-1. Now Andy Murray, Carlos Alcaraz’s executioner, awaits him.

Rafael Nadal, who has not competed since losing the Roland Garros semifinals to Djokovic, is still today among the top eight tennis players of the year. Specifically, it is the number seven.
