The end of the punishment is approaching for André Onana (25). Suspended for doping by UEFA last February after taking medication by mistake, the Ajax Amsterdam goalkeeper will be re-authorized to play from November 4. In anticipation of this deadline, the Cameroonian international, who has the right to train since the beginning of September, made his return to training in the first team on Thursday after several weeks spent in reserve, announced the Dutch club.
Good news for the former target of Olympique Lyonnais, who was also pre-selected with his country to play the last two days of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Malawi (November 13) and Côte d’Ivoire (16 November).
Note that the former Barcelona should join Inter Milan next June at the end of his contract (see here).
