-SHIPPING: I cannot ship to a different address after you have made payment, so if you need your item sent to a different location please switch before making payment. Once payment is received, I can no longer refund any shipping charges. I will usually ship within 1 business days of receiving cleared payment Monday through Fridays.
-RETURNS: I do take returns between 14 to 30 days (depends on the item). The return product has to be in the same conditions as it was sent. Buyer pays shipping charges (except if the reason for return was my mistake) just please send me a message to let me know the reason for the return and as soon as I receive the item back, I will refund. Shoes must come back UNWORN to be eligible for a full refund.
