Yusef Farah Chalita – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yusef Farah Chalita (Guadalajara, Jalisco; January 7, 1992), known as “The Lebanese Lion” nicknamed that way by Antonio Rosique, is a high-performance athlete, businessman and Mexican speaker.

Characterized by his hyperactive personality, passionate and restless to know and achieve new things.

He has represented Mexico worldwide in the discipline of judo.

He has also been a leader and director of youth leadership camps internationally.

Participant of the reality show of Tv Azteca, Exatlón in seasons 2, 4 and 5 where he has highlighted his participation as a leader and as an athlete.

Of Lebanese origin, born in Mexico, his parents are Claudette Chalita Kaim and José Farah Guerra, he was born into a devoutly Catholic family, he studied until he was 11 years old in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, and later moved to Colima, where he began to train as high performance different disciplines such as mountain biking and judo, at 18 he returned to Guadalajara where he dedicated himself 100% to sports where his sports career took off and began to represent Mexico internationally and worldwide in various world championships and games. Pan-Americans and more than 11 times national champion, at 22 he began to study a Bachelor of Biology at the University of Guadalajara, Yusef stated the following on the national chain: “I decided to study biology since since I was little I have been very curious and have a passion for animals and the environment. ”

At the age of 26, he was invited to the Tv Azteca reality show, Exatlón, where he was part of the blue team and was able to reach the semifinal of that edition, and began to dedicate himself to judo and give self-defense workshops for women and conferences.

Hence his career as a lecturer, filling auditoriums such as the blanquita, the Citi Banamex auditorium and the Diana theater, as well as appearances on the TED platform.

At 28 he returned for the fourth season of Exatlón as a member of the blue team.
