On this day, the official “roster” of the Inditas Guerreras professional women’s basketball team was released for the 2021 season with a roster made up mostly of Chihuahuan players.
The players will be committed to obtaining the regional championship from October 1 at the “Josué Neri Santos” municipal gym, where they will play their first game, said squad coach Rosario Valadez.
The games will also take place at the venues in Delicias, Chihuahua, Ojinaga, Cuauhtémoc, Meoqui, Guerrero, with dates until November 13.
“It has been nine years since this project was formed, eight years playing, but the base will always continue to be players from Ciudad Juárez and the state of Chihuahua, that is what has characterized this top-circuit club,” said the team president, Miguel Mireles.
The Inditas Guerreras are: Michelle Cabada, Andrea Navarrete, Fernanda Fausto, Claudia Valdez, Gina Hernández, Kenia Castañeda, Areli Reyes, Guadalupe García, Ireland Castañeda, Ana Gabriela Ramos, Lisa Crawford, Cristina Olivas, Grecia Castañeda, Luisa Baca, Mildred Renova , Irlanda Díaz and Michelle Aguilar.
In the presentation of the team roster, the new uniforms for this tournament were shown, which consists of black and red jackets as well as gray for previous training sessions.
