The Association Judo Avisio Education Culture and Sport ASD, after a short break, resumes activity starting from Monday 20 September. Also this year the practice groups of judo (children-teenagers and young-adults), laughter yoga (young and adults) and meditation for adults will be active. The three activities will be held in the headquarters in via Venezia 28 in Predazzo, at the Sporting Center. As required by current regulations, from 12 years onwards you can access the gym only with a green pass in order. Classes will be held in the afternoon-evening once a week for meditation and laughter yoga and twice for judo. Places are limited.
