The eighth final of the European Volleyball Championship begins. On Saturday, the state units of Russia and Ukraine will compete in Gdansk, Poland. Live broadcast on LTV7 and LSM.lv.
In this principled duel, a hard fight began from the very beginning of the game, point by point. In the first set, the Ukrainian national team won without difficulty with 25:22.
In the introduction to the second set, the Russian national team led the way, and at 2: 7 the Ukrainians were forced to demand a break. However, even after that, the Russians continued to increase the difference in the result. And in this set, Russia won with 25:16, reaching 1-1.
Later in the evening, another round of the eighth final is expected – Polish and Finnish national teams will compete in Gdańsk. LTV7 and LSM.lv will connect to Gdańsk at 21.20.
But already on Sunday, the fight for the eighth final is expected, which will cause the greatest interest – in the Czech Republic, in Ostarava, the Latvian national team will face the Latvian national team. Of course, this match is also live on LTV7 and LSM.lv.
