BOLASPORT.COM – Pep Guardiola’s angry actions towards Jack Grealish and Riyad Mahrez received sharp criticism from football pundits.

Manchester City did win 6-3 over RB Leipzig in Matchday 1 of Group A of the 2021-2022 Champions League season on Wednesday (15/9/2021) at the Etihad Stadium.

But the victory did not seem to make the coach, Pep Guardiola because defensively they conceded 3 goals.

This can be seen from Pep’s expression, which looks angry at two Man City players, Jack Grealish and Riyad Mahrez.

Post-match, the Spanish coach admitted that he was forced to do so because Grealish and Mahrez did not carry out the instructions given during the first half break.

“Leipzig played really well, they used four players to get your attention.”

“They were so quick to attack us. It’s really not easy to control,” he added.
