The players of the Badminton Club A Estrada, Nikol Carulla and Rodrigo Sanjurjo, conquered the fifth place for Spain in the mixed doubles of the European Under-17 Championship played in the Slovenian town of Podcertrek. The Galician duo was only 2 points away from glory after having a great tournament. Sanjurjo and Carulla did not clash with the level shown by the Spanish team during a competition where some of the best rackets on the continent met. The Galician Center for Sports Technification in Pontevedra congratulated, yesterday, the couple who have already embarked on a return trip.
