Multisport courses were organized by the City of Saint-Lys during these summer holidays, from July 12 to 16 then from August 23 to 27. They were open to young people aged 8/10 (CE2, CM1, CM2) and 11/14 years (6e to 3). Benjamin Santouil, municipal sports educator, allowed them to practice many physical and sports activities such as kinball, speedminton, hockey, games of skill, scratchball, bumball, archery, athletics , handball, football, molkki, tchoukball, golf, rock climbing, Quebec lacrosse, golf, baseball and boxing.
The outing on Friday August 27 at the bouldering hall “Là ô escalade” located at 8 chemin des genêts center secondo 31120 Portet-sur-Garonne (la-o-escalade.fr/ Where [email protected] or 07 69 45 11 98/05 61 56 97 28) has been particularly successful.
Precious work for young people
In addition to the organization of these multisport courses for 8/14 year olds during the school holidays, Benjamin Santouil intervenes occasionally with the center for social life, the CCAS, the MJC, the ALSH Tabarly during the school holidays. . Free sports activities (beach football, beach rugby, beach volleyball, frisbee, beach rackets) at the Aqua Bella swimming pool in Saint-Lys are also offered during the summer. It is also worth highlighting its activity on school and extracurricular time through interventions in EPS, in collaboration with school teachers, from CP to CM2.
