However, there were those who could not change course, such as James Rodríguez -he will continue in Everton- and Daniel Muñoz, the latter with a presence in the Colombian National Team and who was close to leaving Genk to sign for Fiorentina.
To clarify the doubts about the failed negotiation with Viola, Diego Carannante, agent of the M&M Sports Agency, spoke with Fiorentina.it. and revealed the reason why Muñoz did not go to Italy, assuring that the player was also offered to Everton, but was rejected.

It must be said that the pandemic has worsened the scouting situation, but Muñoz could have reached Italy for 4 million only 2 years ago.
