The Vallecano Ray presents this Thursday the Colombian striker Radamel Falcao Garcia as his new reinforcement for the Spanish league.
For Falcao, this transfer signifies his return to that tournament after eight years. In his first step, he shone with Atlético de Madrid, with whom he won the Europa League and the European Super Cup.

Falcao, 36, later played for Monaco, Manchester United and Chelsea, and has just spent two seasons at Galatasaray in Turkey.
Falcao will wear the number 3 in the Vallecano Ray. According to him, the number is a tribute to his father, Radamel García, a defender who played in Santa Fe, Unión Magdalena, Tolima, Bucaramanga and Medellín.

“I want to thank Fran García, number 3 was available. For my father it had a lot of meaning, he transmitted to me his passion for this sport, he played with that number, it is the one he liked the most and what better than to play with number 3 ”, he explained in the presentation.
The player also published a few minutes ago a trill in which he is seen with his father in several of the teams in which he played, both in Colombia (Unión Magdalena, Bucaramanga) and in Venezuela (Táchira and Mineros).
Fans of Colombian teams were present at the event, especially Millonarios, a club of which the ‘Tigre’ is a declared fan.
