LPGA: a day without golf

LPGA officials did not allow golfers to attack the third round of the Cambia Portland Classic on Saturday in Westin Hill, Oregon due to weather and field conditions.

The Oregon Golf Club received over an inch and a half of rain on Friday night and was expecting even more the next day.

The LPGA authorities will decide before the start of the third round on Sunday morning whether participants will have to play 54 or 72 holes to complete the competition. A final round on Monday might be an option.
