The FIBA 3×3 Europe Cup is organized in France for the first time this weekend in Paris! From Friday to Sunday, a site designed by the artist Atlas will open its doors at the Trocadéro (16th arrondissement). It will host 40 3×3 basketball matches, including the French men’s and women’s teams – Les Bleues took 4th place at the Tokyo Games – and up to 2,000 spectators.
To make the event more lively, many activities are planned: presence of Kop France, dance battle or games to win gifts, including two VIP seats for the final of the European Cup.
The opportunity to try new sports
The competition gives everyone the opportunity to try new disciplines since the Blacklist association, specializing in urban culture and sports, organizes initiations in freestyle basketball and breakdance. Obviously, an introduction to 3×3 basketball is also offered.
