LaMarcus Aldridge regresa a Brooklyn

After retiring due to heart concerns five months ago, LaMarcus Aldridge will return to the Brooklyn Nets under a one-year, $ 2.6 million deal, the outlet reported. ESPN.

Aldridge, 36, had recently received medical clearance from various specialists, both external and linked to the New York franchise, to face his 16th season in the NBA.

The Nets have a deep rotation of players in the paint, including Nicolas Claxton, Blake Griffin, Paul Millsap and Aldridge himself. DeAndre Jordan, recently sent to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Jahlil Okafor and Sekou Doumbouya, must be removed from the equation.

Throughout his career, the seven-time All-Star has averaged 19.4 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists in a total of 1,029 games, 985 of them as a starter.
