Karim Adeyemi played himself in focus in Salzburg and last scored on his debut for Germany. Two top clubs should be interested.

The new German national player Karim Adeyemi from RB Salzburg has apparently aroused the interest of FC Barcelona and Liverpool. That reports transfermarkt.de.

Accordingly, both the Spanish and English top clubs are considering making an offer for Adeyemi in January. The 19-year-old attacking player is under contract in Salzburg until 2024.

Adeyemi had already established himself in Salzburg’s first team last season and got off to a good start at the beginning of the new season. He has already scored seven goals in nine competitive games in 2021/22.

In addition, Adeyemi, who became European champion with the DFB’s U21s in the summer, recently made his debut in Germany’s senior national team. In the World Cup qualifier against Armenia (6-0) he was substituted on in the 72nd minute and promptly scored his first goal.

FC Bayern Munich, where Adeyemi already spent some time as a youth player, and Borussia Dortmund are said to be watching the lightning-fast attacker. Born in Munich, the 16-year-old moved from Unterhaching to Salzburg for 3.35 million euros in 2018. To date, he has played a total of 59 competitive games for the Austrians (17 goals, 16 assists).
