Manchester United started the journey in the 2021-2022 season quite strong.
In his first match of the season, against Leeds United in Week 1 of the 2021-2022 Premier League, Manchester United, who played at home, Old Trafford Stadium, won 5-1.
In the following match week Manchester United had to share the points with Southampton after being forced to a 1-1 draw at St Mary’s Stadium.
Manchester United returned to winning ways in week 3 and 4 of the 2021-2022 Premier League.

Week 3 Manchester United narrowly won over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux Stadium.
While the match of week 4, the match which also became Cristiano Ronaldo’s debut with the Red Devils this season after joining from Juventus, also ended in victory.
In the match which was held at Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester United won 4-1 and the player who made his second debut, Cristiano Ronaldo, played a big role by packing two goals.
