Wonderkid Manchester United, Mason Greenwood, is trusted by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to lead the attack line in the first three matches of the Premier League 2020-2021 season.
That’s because the two Manchester United strikers, Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani, are not yet in their best condition.
Anthony Martial has just returned to play after being sidelined due to suffering from a knee injury since March 29, 2021.
Meanwhile, Cavani was late in joining Man United’s pre-season training due to undergoing an additional holiday period after playing for the Uruguay national team in the Copa America.
Meanwhile, Greenwood answered Solskjaer’s belief by performing well in the first three Premier League games for the 2021-2022 season.
The 19-year-old striker has scored three goals in his opening three Premier League games this season.
Greenwood’s goals were scored against Leeds United, Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
