Avord. US Avord Judo: Resumption of training. The US Avord judo resumes its activities with a change of educator. This year, Jessyca Sebeloue gives way to Laëtitia Bollery.

This young woman, black belt 4 e dan, a graduate, is also certified sport health and as such, can intervene in the context of sport on medical prescription.

She has been teaching judo since 2007 and works in the Levet and Dun-sur-Auron clubs.

Passionate about judo and the educational values ​​it carries, she is particularly keen to pass on her passion.

The training will take place at the dojo, on the stadium, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Possibility of attending three classes for free.

Schedule

Tuesday hours. From 5:50 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. for children born between 2012 and 2015; 6:50 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. for teens and adults; 8:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., cross training

Thursday hours. 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for children born in 2016 and 2017; from 6:50 p.m. to 8 p.m. for children born between 2010 and 2013; 8 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. for teens and adults.
