Bryan Dodien: Young talent from Juventus dies of cancer at the age of only 17

Bryan Dodien, young talent from the Italian first division soccer team Juventus Turin, died of cancer. He was only 17 years old. A former teammate says goodbye with lines that get under your skin.

He had his whole life and his career ahead of him, but now Bryan Podien († 17) is dead Italian Football club Juventus Turin, where the young player was under contract, confirmed the sad news on Saturday afternoon.

He was diagnosed with cancer at the tender age of 12. In the meantime, he was able to conquer the disease and continue his dream of a professional career. But two years ago there was another shock: the cancer returned.

When Bryan Dodien was diagnosed in 2015, Paul Pogba had dedicated a goal to him at a game and was wearing a t-shirt that said “Bryan, I’m with you”. Pogba now finished his Tweet with the touching lines: “You fought a lot, you were strong, a role model for everyone. Goodbye my little friend.”
