Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling in Castelfranco Veneto

What is grappling and Brazilian jiu jitsu?

Grappling and brazilianjiu jitsu (abbreviated BJJ) are martial arts par excellence for ground combat, mandatory and irreplaceable for those who perform MMA (mixed martial arts) competitions.

The common goal of the two disciplines is to make the opponent surrender without using blows, but only by seeking submission.

Being both practiced mainly on the ground, without shocks and particularly sudden movements, you can start practicing even in adulthood, even in a competitive way!

Grappling is a specialty of wrestling with very ancient origins, in fact it is fought without a kimono.

BJJ, on the other hand, derives from judo, with a slower pace than grappling, but with the possibility of grappling with a kimono (called gi).
