Woods still hasn’t touched up a golf club

Almost 6 months after his terrible car accident in February, Tiger Woods continues his rehabilitation but his return to the highest level remains hypothetical.

According to an article from People magazine who quotes a source close to the 45-year-old Tiger “is doing well” but has not touched a golf club since his operations on his right leg and ankle.

“Tiger is in a good mood and doing well, but he couldn’t play golf at all” said the source close to the Woods clan. “He hasn’t been to “Woods Jupiter,” his restaurant in South Florida, since before the accident in California. ”

Last month, it was Rickie Fowler who reported on Tiger.

“I know that he is progressing from the point of view of his rehabilitation, it takes him most of his day” , Fowler had confided. “I also know that knowing him he does everything to come back. I know it’s hard and the road is long, but he puts in the necessary energy. ”

In May, in an exclusive interview with Golf Digest, for his first media appearance since the crash, Woods opened up about his rehabilitation phase.

“I know the process well from my previous injuries, but this is more painful than anything I have ever experienced. It keeps me busy. I do my exercises every day and focus on my number one goal at the moment: walking alone. ”

We obviously hope to see the Tiger again soon without its crutches, so it will be time to think about the next step, which consists of hitting a golf shot again.
