Wilson Lamouroux resigned from the Federation as coach of the VAR – Colombian Soccer – Sports

The mistakes of the Colombian soccer referees, especially those that have to do with the WHERE, they have already generated the first consequences to try to straighten the road.

Former referee Wilson Lamouroux, one of those in charge of training and also an observer of the work of the video refereeing, resigned last Thursday, after a large amount of criticism about what happened.

Lamouroux had already been strongly questioned, especially by the Tolima Sports, that, after the first game of the first semester final, which beat Millonarios, he harshly criticized his appointment as an observer of the VAR in that game and made a list of the errors he had in his work as a referee.

It should be remembered that Lamouroux had already resigned from arbitration in September 2017, after making serious mistakes in a match between Junior de Barranquilla and Deportivo Cali.

José Borda, arbitration analyst for Caracol Radio, assured that this would not be the only resignation that would come due to the issue and that the departure of Ímer Machado, also a former international referee and member of the Technical Commission, is being sought.

But there were a couple of serious errors in the game Once Caldas vs. Millionaires: Judge Mario Herrera barely sanctioned Uruguayan Fabrizio Buschiazzo with yellow, who made a strong tackle, from behind and without the ball, to Fernando Uribe.
