Sofía, who in her childhood years was N°1 In the U-12 and U-14 category at the national level, she was among the top three Argentine U-16 players last year and also represented Argentina in two South American tournaments in 2015 and 2017. “Tennis for me is a job, it is what I chose to do and I like it a lot. My goal would be to be able to win a WTA point this year, it would be a dream, although it is complicated by the pandemic,” acknowledges the promise of the West.

The neighbor of Morón, who is going through her second year as a U-18 youth, does not hesitate when asked what is the next step she would like to take: “My idea is to insert myself in the professional circuit, but for that you have to travel and also complicates the pandemic.
