The Tamaulipas Judocas are prepared

The state team held camp with a view to national and international tournaments

Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- The Tamaulipas Judo National Team held a blank camp over the weekend in Ciudad Victoria in which about 50 athletes from all categories participated, in order to prepare for future competitions.

Judocas from the southern and central areas joined to train with all health measures at the Ciudad Victoria Sports Center and that helped everyone to improve technical and physical details.

This helps youth athletes such as José Quintá, Ana Toy, Eduardo Sagastegui, among others, to train in a better way for international competitions that will have as their objective a Pan American qualifier towards the Cali 2021 Youth Games.

Likewise, the participation of athletes between 12 and 15 years old in the National Championship that will serve to qualify for international competitions and that will be held in the coming weeks is on the horizon.

The participating dojos on this occasion were: Judo Tampico, Jodo Sport, Judo Forza, Dojo Ronin, Dojo Siglo XXI, Alpha Judo, Judokan and Judo UAT Victoria.

“This helped all of our students a lot, the coaches of each of the athletes were present and together we helped to improve. We want the girls and boys to arrive in the best way to their next competitions and give good results ”, said Cecilia Martínez, one of the coaches of the Tamaulipas team.

Tamaulipas athletes will continue their training in their schools and it is expected that in the future this type of joint work will be maintained for the benefit of those selected who represent us nationally and internationally, in addition to promoting new generations.
