Sport and relaxation at the Bosco di Paliano

After the hangover of August with the over 30 hectares of paths and spaces in the shadow of the Paliano Wood literally invaded by thousands of visitors from all over the Region, the organizational machine does not stop. In view of the next weekend there will be other appointments and events to delight those who will reach this immense green space between the provinces of Frosinone and Rome but in the territory of the municipality of Paliano.

We will start on Saturday afternoon with the wellness appointment that is increasingly gaining ground or with the gym, or with doing sport, in the open air and in the shade of centuries-old oaks. Then it will be the turn of the aperitif at sunset @ll Bosco Elettrico. With only 10 euros you will immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere made of music, sounds and good food at km 0.

Sunday, as usual, is dedicated to the family and will start at 12 with a series of games that will involve everyone, from the oldest to the youngest. Then in the afternoon the appointment, always very popular, with falconry will return.

Four visual artists, musicians and sound designers will take turns on stage giving life to a show that is different, unique and unrepeatable every time.
Each evening opens with an aperitif served in the woods at sunset, consisting of spritz, gin lemon, sangrilla and tastings of local products, sitting in the suggestive candlelit straw theater, and then watching, at nightfall, a wonderful show of lights, led projections and digital animations.
