The cancellation of the Masters 1,000 in Shanghai will allow the Masters 1,000 in Indian Wells to extend its dates from one week to 11 days and taking place from October 7 to 17. In addition, the ATP has announced the creation of two ATP 250 tournaments following the cancellations of the Chengdu, Zhuhai and also the Pune tournament. These events will be the Astana Open in Nur-Sultan (September 20-26) and the San Diego Open, from September 27 to October 3.
