Sandy León and Miguel Rojas hooked up with the tree

The Miami Marlins gave up some pieces during the trade deadline; However, this has not changed the mentality within the club house in which players of the stature of Miguel Rojas and Sandy León shine.

Both Creoles in recent games have carried the offensive weight of the currency. In the case of the receiver, he has an active streak of three games with at least one hit, enough to reach five RBIs and another three scored during that stretch.

León has been characterized as a defensive player, with talent and knowledge to guide the game of his pitchers. Still, this year he wants to show that he still has a few more tricks with the stick that could help the Miami Marlins.
In 58 games during 2021 he has registered 11 runs scored and 13 RBIs, within an offensive mechanic that is still making the necessary adjustments to boost his hitting.

Along with León, is the “captain”, Miguel Rojas, with a more prominent role in both facets of the game. The infield was in exchange talks, but finally such a juicy offer did not arrive to part with their services.

Since then, the bigleaguer has done nothing but respond with the bat and demonstrate the leadership that today commands the Marlins offense, so much so that he has seen action in recent games as first and second bat the offensive order.
With confidence through the roof, the slugger has increased his production with four games with at least one hit in which he has scored four runs to reach 44 so far this season.
