The Los Angeles Lakers have formed a roster with a very high average age, especially in their main rotation.
The Lakers, which currently have Anthony Davis and LeBron James in their squad, have added Carmelo Anthony, Russell Westbrook, and Dwight Howard to these names, raising their average age.
Howard, James and Anthony had given different responses to these criticisms before, but this time the microphone was passed to Russell Westbrook, and Westbrook responded with complacency to the “old age” criticisms of the team.
Joining Kevin Hart’s podcast, Westbrook said of the Lakers’ current roster:
“We have a team full of nice, experienced veterans, and these veterans are going to kick these young sons of bitches in the ass.”

After reaching the NBA championship in the 2019-20 season, the Lakers closed the season in the first round of the playoffs due to injuries last season.
The team, which wants to return to the championship level in the new season, is the subject of criticism for some with its current structure; it scares some people.
