The 18-year-old midfielder has signed a six-year contract with Real until 2027. The transfer fee is 31 million euros and can rise to 40 million euros through bonus payments.

In Rennes, Camavinga’s contract would have expired in the summer of 2022. FC Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also been said to have been interested in the three-time French national team player in the past few weeks and months.
Camavinga was trained in Rennes’ offspring and made his Ligue 1 debut in the spring of 2019 at the age of 16. He played a total of 88 competitive games for the French first division club (two goals, five assists).
