PSG: Gianluigi Donnarumma in the group for Brest?

What if Gianluigi Donnarumma made his first appearance in the Parisian group? The Italian goalkeeper is getting closer to that possibility and the current circumstances could accelerate the decision. PSG summer rookie, the best player of Euro 2021 was present this Thursday morning in training alongside his future competitor, Keylor Navas, and young Denis Franchi and Mathyas Randriamamy. On the other hand, neither Sergio Rico, nor Alexandre Letellier participated in the meeting with the goalkeepers. This could therefore precipitate the integration of Donnarumma into the group, despite barely two weeks of training.

For the rest, 24 field players walked the lawn of the Camp des Loges this Thursday morning. Among the absent: Colin Dagba, Juan Bernat or Layvin Kurzawa. As we explained on Wednesday, Xavi Simons and Edouard Michut are back in the under 19 group. Unlike Nathan Bitumazala, Ismaël Gharbi or El Chadaille Bitshiabu, who are all applying for the trip to Brest on Friday evening.

Brazilians Neymar and Marquinhos, Argentines Angel Di Maria, Leandro Paredes and Lionel Messi, and Italian Marco Verratti, Copa America and Euro finalists, were also present. Some of them could climb on the plane towards Finistère. Mauricio Pochettino is expected to say more at his press conference at 2 p.m. this Thursday.
