As reported by the Paraguayan Judo Federation, Ezequiel Bareiro achieved the double championship in the Pan American and South American Cadet Championships Cali 2021. Bareiro established himself in the Cadets category – 90 kilos, repeating the achievement achieved in the Pan American 2020 held in Mexico. “Paraguayan Judo growing by leaps and bounds. “It is the first time in the history of Paraguayan Judo that a judoka has become a two-time Pan American champion. He added that the process began in 2018 and thanked the National Sports Secretariat and the Paraguayan Olympic Committee for their support, ensuring that without teamwork this would only be a dream.
