Ogunjimi has found a new football destination and signs with Bergen | Lower classes

The football life of Marvin Ogunjimi has been reading like a story of discovery for several years now. After breaking through at Racing Genk, including a league title, cup win and seven international matches with the Red Devils, a million-dollar transfer to Mallorca, Spain, followed in January 2012.

He was unable to make his mark there in the first half of the year, which was also followed by less successful loans to Standard, Beerschot and OH Leuven. From June 2014, Ogunjimi then started his odyssey through exotic football countries.

After the Norwegian Strömgodset, the South Korean Suwon, the Thai Ratchaburi Mitr Pol, the Albanian Skënderbeu and the Kazakh Okzhetpes followed. In August 2017, he settled in the Netherlands at MVV Maastricht.

Afterwards he went to the Belarusian Dinamo Brest and the Vietnamese Saigon, before returning to Belgium in November 2018 with Lierse Kempenzonen. He stayed there until the summer of 2019.
