Ocon wins in Hungary and Hamilton is the new leader

The French Esteban Ocon (Alpine) won this Sunday on Hungarian Grand Prix, the eleventh of the year. The German Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) finished second and in which the seven-time English world champion Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), who was third, regained the lead in the Formula 1 World Championship two months later.

The Spaniards Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) i Fernando Alonso (Alpine) completed a sensational performance and finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in a race in which Hamilton took the lead over the Dutchman. Max Verstappen (Red Bull) -tenth this Sunday- and in which Ocon has achieved its first victory in Formula 1.

The Mexican Sergio perez (Red Bull), who was involved in the initial accident, had to leave a race in which the two Alpha Tauri riders, the Frenchman Pierre Gasly -who marked the fast lap- and the Japanese Yuki Tsunoda, they finished sixth and seventh, respectively.

Canadian Nicholas Latifi, eighth, and Englishman George Russell, one place behind, have scored their first points of the season, the first for their team, Williams, finishing just ahead of Verstappen.

After finishing tenth, the Dutchman is second in the championship, six points behind the 192 with which Hamilton now leads, in the last race before the summer break.
