The NAC judo and the Loire-Atlantique departmental judo committee (CD44 judo) are organizing a judo discovery afternoon on Saturday as part of the Judo tour summer 44.
« This event aims to promote judo at the departmental level. To do so, the CD44 coaches tour the clubs in the department and invite visitors, seasoned athletes or simply curious, to climb on the outdoor tatami, whatever their age. », declares Sophie Desmars, president of NAC judo.
The event will take place in an enclosed space accessible with the sanitary pass. Sports attire is required to participate.
Saturday, August 21, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Orionnais meadow, facing the lake.
