The Carolina Panthers and wide receiver Robby Anderson have agreed to the terms of a $ 29.5 million contract extension, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.

According to the latter, $ 20.5 million of Anderson’s salary would be guaranteed.

In his first season with the Panthers last year, the 28-year-old posted 3 touchdowns and amassed 1,096 yards.

Never drafted, Anderson spent the first four seasons of his NFL career with the New York Jets before signing a two-year, $ 20 million contract with the Panthers.
