The Teseo sports center in Possagno will be managed by Sporting Altamarca: it was decreed by an official agreement between the Municipality and the managers of the sports club.
It is a structure located at the foot of the slope that goes up to the Temple, convenient to the schools of Via Pio X and in the center, which contains: a building, a small gym with weight room, two clay tennis courts and one clay synthetic, a soccer field with natural grass and an athletics track and which, once enhanced, could become a reference point for sport in Valcavasia.
“First of all, I thank the municipal administration for choosing Sporting Altamarca as manager – he claims Andrea Ceccato, who had anticipated the desire to expand to Possagno already upon his reappointment as president – on our part there will be all the will to improve the structure and make it a multipurpose center at the service of the community, we are already defining the first improvements “.
Sporting Altamarca’s plans, also considering the launch of a new club, Asd Sporting Possagno, seem to suggest a certain interest of the group in the country of Canova: the company’s objectives will be to bring five-a-side football back to youth level and bring to the children who live in the surroundings other disciplines.
