Among the 400 beneficiaries, forty young Darnétalais surrounded by their families and volunteers, Florence and Olivier Demiselle, “came to practice mini-golf, tree climbing, kart, archery and climbing. In the afternoon, they got into kayaks, paddles, pedal boats or simply enjoyed the pleasure of swimming ”.

Memories to share at the start of the school year …

Departed in the morning, they were offered breakfast and afternoon tea while the families brought their picnics. “It’s really a day of escape and discussion for parents. They can forget their daily worries for a few hours. For the children, at the start of the school year, they too will be able to tell their friends about vacation memories, ”said the guide.

Five families were able to go on vacation for a week

Of course, all this was done in the strictest respect of sanitary rules. The health pass was required or the families were able to go the day before for a screening set up by the Central Pharmacy of Darnétal. At the same time, the Secours populaire français was also able to send five families for a week-long stay in a mobile home in Gouville-sur-Mer or Saint-Pierre-sur-Mer.
