Kawhi Leonard is not leaving Los Angeles.
He has agreed with the Clippers on a new four-year contract that will net him $ 176.3 million according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The 30-year-old Leonard joined the Clippers in 2019 following his NBA Championship with the Toronto Raptors. However, he did not have the same success in the playoffs on the Los Angeles side.

Last season, Leonard played 52 games maintaining an average of 24.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.2 assists. He was once again annoyed by injuries and had to skip his turn some evenings to make sure he got enough rest. He missed most of the 2017-18 campaign with knee problems.
Leonard began his career with the San Antonio Spurs. After seven seasons with the Spurs, he had been traded to the Raptors where he won his second championship.
