From Wednesday September 1, the Marssac judo club and its new office await practitioners of all ages in their 180 m2 dojo, at the Omnisports Complex. Leisure, competition or circuit training: the club welcomes practitioners from 4 years old with 2 free trial lessons and the loan of a kimono.
Circuit training allows you to improve your physical capacities. Beginner or experienced, these sessions allow you to work on your cardio, your explosiveness, your balance … in a friendly atmosphere. This activity is open to non-judokas. The club will participate in the forum of associations of Marssac, place du Barry, on September 5th.
Resumption of teen-adult lessons, Wednesday September 1; circuit training, Monday September 6; children, Wednesday September 8.
