Interested in Golden State Warriors and Brooklyn Nets and Paul Millsap?

Paul Millsap is still looking for a new team. According to a report, the unrestricted free agent is on the list of several top teams. Both the Brooklyn Nets and the Golden State Warriors are said to be interested.

This is what Mike Singer reports from the Denver Post. The Warriors still have their midlevel taxpayer exception ($ 5.9 million) available to sign new players. Brooklyn could only offer the 36-year-old a minimal contract (2.6 million). Perhaps Millsap could be willing to forego money for a better chance at the title.

The Big Man spent the past four years in Denver, before that he was active in Atlanta for four years, in each of which he was voted All-Star. In the Nuggets jersey, he put on an average of 9.0 points and 4.7 rebounds at 47.6 percent from the field last season.

In Mile High City, however, Millsap no longer seems to have a future. After his contract expired in the summer, the Nuggets signed Jeff Green, who will take on the role of backup power forward in the future.

The veteran is one of the most prominent remaining names in the free agency pond. Lauri Markkanen, Avery Bradley and JJ Redick still don’t have a new employer either. The latter had recently announced that he only wanted to sign with a team during the course of the season. The sniper continues to struggle with problems on the heel.
