Fredy Rincón and Juan Carlos Henao never forgot their past differences and now they could relive them and meet again in court.
It is worth remembering that the dispute between the historical figures of Colombian football dates back to 2006, when the Santos de Brazil club allegedly sent the goalkeeper $ 110,000 with Rincón, money that would not have been delivered.
Henao denounced Rincón in 2017 for these events, but in 2019 the case was closed, which favored the former forward.
Two years later, it has been Rincón who has announced that he will revive the process: “now I am going to law to sue Juan Carlos Henao and his lawyer for having damaged my image by calling me a thief and they never took the evidence,” he said, in statements to the program ‘ Sport openly ‘.
“This boy is so naive that his money is still in Brazil and he wants to charge me money that I do not owe him … That is the difference between him and me,” added Rincón, who explained that he is very hurt by the accusations of which was a victim.
