Durant keeps the United States on top of world basketball

The United States has once again confirmed itself as the king of world men’s basketball after winning the gold medal at the Tokyo Games this Saturday, where it beat France in the final (87-82) under the leadership of Kevin Durant (29 points).

The Brooklyn Nets player guided the North American team to its fourth consecutive Olympic title and the sixteenth in twenty editions of the men’s tournament at the Games. For its part, France achieved its third Olympic silver emulating the successes of 1948 and 2000.
